Hello, I need some help to understand why dimension styles I have from autocad shows differently in rhino? I have style just clear number, but then I open it in Rhino it shows all the Dim lines and extensions.

Dimensions styles do not carry over between AutoCAD and Rhino as far as I know. You will need to make you own similar style in Rhino and apply it to the imported dimensions.
I know you can suppress the extension lines in a Rhino annotation style, but not sure you can suppress the actual dimension lines themselves - I never tried.
