Autocad/Rhino dimention import/export issue

Please let me know what went wrong. Autocad reads Rhino unit setting perfectly, but the dimension was so off.

This is not a model/layout unit problem, it’s related to dimension style unit/number format. Replied on the Chinese discourse.
