You can create a custom window from a Rhino block (take into account it will not be parametric): How can I create customized doors or windows? - VisualARQ
You can also create a Grasshopper Style (this way you will be creating a custom parametric style): Doors windows - VisualARQ
You can try out my Grasshopper plugin to facilitate creation of your own Grasshopper styles in VisualARQ. But it’s not yet very stable, so use with caution:
