Are there new UI settings that control the size of it? Also, menu bar is missing to temporary pin and do adjustments like copying 1D-Scale into the floating pallette.
Just copied the 1) settings-Scheme_Default.xml and 2) window_positions-Scheme__Default.xml from Version 7 into the Rhino 8 settings folder. Maybe this evoked the bug?

@MikeM I figured out the scaling but I just can’t activate a toolbar so that I can dock it temporarily and start to customize the popup toolbar with copying commands, as said e.g. Scale 1-D.
The upper bar from v7 is missing.
The popup menu doesn’t dock anymore. 
To edit it, you have to open up the toolbar that lives within the popup menu separately.
Why? makes no sense. I find it a downgrade. It was so easy. I wish the old behaviour back

I don’t see a delay here when right clicking in a tool of the popup. Also it’s hard to see it in the video how long of a delay it is.
