Ctrl+C Ctrl+V command very slow in Rhino7

Hi! I recently switched to Rhinoceros 7 and everytime I try to copy something with the ctrl+c ctrl+v command it takes a really long time and sometimes even freezes the program for a while, even if it is just a simple cube in a fresh new file. Didn’t have any problems in Rhino6 and the command “_Copy” works just fine. Please, is there anything I can do to improve this?

Edit: ctrl+c seems to be normal but ctrl+v is slow and sometimes freezes.

This has been addressed in the latest service release candidate. If you want to try it, go to Options>Updates and Statistics, set the update frequency to “Release candidate” then hit the “Check now” link. Download and install the latest RC and see if it’s not better.

Yes! Much better now - thanks! I couldn’t find any info about this issue anywhere.

HI I have the same problem, mine is up to date, just checked now.

Does this happen with any file, any object or is it a specific object or file causing the problem? Can you run SystemInfo in Rhino and copy paste the results here?

Maybe first try disabling the first three non-standard plug-ins temporarily and see if that fixes it.
I see the Octane plug-in is made for V6, I don’t know if that is a problem or not.

Thanks I will try.
