I just updated to the latest Rhino 8 release on Mac (Version 8 (8.15.25013.13002, 2025-01-13)) - macOS is Sonoma 14.1. Since I made the update, the copy/paste keyboard shortcuts no longer work in the Script Editor. It’s super annoying. I tried restarting Rhino and restarting the computer. The problem persists, but only in this one window. I can still use the same keyboard shortcuts in other windows in Rhino.
Since this has never happened before I assume that it’s a bug in this latest update. Does anybody have an idea how to fix this or if there’s an easy way to go back to the previous release?
Thanks!
Urs
Hi Uhirshchberg, Thanks for reporting.
I assigned this to Ehsan to investigate, it sounds like its something particular to Rhino script UI. I think he’s out today but will be able to take a look before too long.
RH-82478 Monaco does not capture keyboard shortcuts after script

I’ve added a note to the ticket. As you can see, this is currently on the 9.x list.
