I cant seem to go beyond the point of logging in. See picture
Using your Internet browser, make sure you can get to these two URLs:
If you can, then I suspect you’ll need to restart Windows to clear a plugged buffer.
When Rhino starts, it asks the default Windows browser to check your license.
On rare occasions, Windows seems to go deaf, and ignores the request, resulting in the symptom you described.
Restarting Windows is the easiest way to clear the problem so the browser request is honored.
