Can't Import IFC With Rhino 8 and VisualARQ3

Continuing the discussion from Error Importing IFC:

Hi evryone,

I am using rhino 8 and VisualARQ3 and I am having problems importing IFC files. When I have to choose the file type in the box on the bottom right, the .IFC extension simply does not appear. I checked in properties > plug-ins if VisualARQ appears but there is nothing about .IFC

I also have Rhino 7 with VisualARQ2 and the extension .IFC appears there and works perfectly. Can anyone help me? Thank you very much

Could you please check if the IFC import plugin is enabled in Rhino 8?
You can check this in Options > Plug-ins.
