As per post title, I have recently updated to the most recent version of the Beta and IFC import seems to be broken. I’ve tried several files and none work, all returning the command line message: IFC Import: 0 objects imported.
The same files are working in VisualARQ 2 on Rhino 7.

Hi @Ben_B is VisualARQ loaded before trying to open any of these IFC files?
Check in your list of plug-ins that do not ship with Rhino if the “IFC Import” and “IFC Export” plug-ins are enabled. Check them and restart Rhino if they aren’t.

Thank you, yes that was it! VisualARQ was not loaded prior to attempting to open an IFC file. I remember now this also used to be the case in VisualARQ 2 for Rhino 7, but at some point I became able to open them without enabling VA.
Thinking about it now, perhaps my default template for R7 already has VA loaded, such that whenever I open R7 VA loads automatically.
Anyway problem solved, thank you!
