Camera display problem

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with camera… I suppose there can be something like “regen” in autocad so the camera can reload. But the problem is that sometimes there is a problem with displaying geometry when zooming in. It happends just sometimes… I think it doesnt have anything with the geometry… usually it is really just basic stuff… it happends also with wireframe display mode. The worse is when I want to capture the view I have these “open” geometries in it… does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi Tomáš -

Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.
Can you post a small example 3dm file in which you can see this happen?

usually it takes some time of working and then this happends

MODEL_SMALL.3dm (8.3 MB)

Thanks -

It’s behaving fine here as well.
When you run into it, it would help if you saved the file in the “bad” state and post it as it is at that point.

ok i will try, gonna work today a lot on other project … but anyway… is there a way how to reload or regenerate that camera view… ?

Hi Tomáš -

Well, it depends on what the problem is and we’ll have to look at the file to determine that.
Generally, you’d use Zoom > Target to make sure that the camera is in the best position to look at a specific part of a model.
