It looks good in Adobe Illustrator too. I also tried several tolerance settings in Rhino before importing, between 1mm and and 0.00000001mm in one decimal place increments.
Perhaps the file is bad, and display looks in those apps because of the tolerances, although changing the tolerance in Rhino did not help.

thanks for looking at this.
my guess - its a bug with the last / first segment in the <path> being an Arc, combined with the Curve Closing Tag <Z>
but i did not manage to do a very small / short path- sample that s creating the same issue.
so it might also be the length of the path combined with some buffering… just guessing.
