It’s hard to tell from the images but I was unable to reproduce leaving behind parts of an angular dimension.

I’ve put this on the list as RH-65502.
Are you able to reproduce this in a new file with just a few simple steps?

i dont remember how i did it but i suspect i used 3 points to define the angle and maybe there was some association to a point which was deleted afterwards and that could break something.

RH-65502 is fixed in Rhino 7 Service Release 11 Release Candidate
