Hello- I am not sure if I’d call that a bug or a feature. Placing them on one side or the other also determines which side is measured. If you move just the text it does not change.

I dont think that moving dimensions altogether with base object/s should result in anything else but the same thing except in different coordinates.
It is unpredictable.
