Annoying bug - angular dimension

Hi.

Try this:

Open a layout. Draw two lines. Put angular dimension. Modify location of the value. Select everything. Use gumball to reposition it somewhere else. The value will jump off somewhere else.

I think i might have reported it already it is just such a stupid bug that drives me crazy.
