In Rhino 5 this appears to work but I’ve had problems with this in the WIP.
In the attached there is a single solid and dimensions are added on the layouts.
When panning or zooming in a detail, the dimensions that are associated with the object do not follow the object in the detail but hop to a different location on the layout.
