BUG - Grasshopper - Delete Needs Two Key Presses

Hello,

I have a rather persistent issue with deleting a referenced geometry in Rhino and how it does not delete the GH object.

Steps To Reproduce:

-Create or use gh script that references rhino geometry such as a point
-Have something get created based off of this (like spawning a block there)
-Have this content cached via Content Cache

-Delete the rhino geometry (the point)
-The Grasshopper object remains in place
-Press Delete (a 2nd time) and the object finally deletes.

It’s not a “redraw” issue that I can tell because moving the viewport or running other commands does not cause it to refresh.

It does not appear to be an issue with layer locking either although it looks like there is a second bug where I cannot show the layer after attempting to delete the object?

It manually needs a second press of the delete key.

Please see video demonstrating and attached gh file:

Do you see this same behavior on your end @wim @AndyPayne @kike ?
