Hello!
Can this be right? Simple testscene:
When I isolate e.g. level 02, the curves in level 00 are still visible:
I wouldn’t expect them to. Also, they are not selectable then, only visible.
When I select the curves, then isolate again (or turn off levels by hand), the curves are correctly hidden:
However, the moment I click into the viewport, they appear again:
Problem is independent of the display mode.

I’m thinking about what Gabriel suggests in this thread, and in doing so stumbled over this issue.

Hi @Eugen! thanks for reporting this error. I can’t reproduce it, but perhaps it’s already fixed in the internal Beta version we have. You can download it from this link: http://visualarq.s3.amazonaws.com/download/visualarq-3.0.9.18998-rhino8-setup-snapshot.msi
Let me know if the problem persists on your side.

For me at least, the bug was fixed by the internal beta version.
