Bongo Video encoder - please unlimited frame rates

Hi,

I render an animation with 10 fps, but the Bongo video encoder creates a video with much higher frame rate. OK, the frame rate counts are limited to some values. But my video editor allow me to write mp4 with 10 fps. So, please allow it per Bongo video encoder too.

I’m confused - my impression is mp4 support all frame rates or a very wide range. So, if you can than allow all frame rates the user set.

That’s the plan. I’m not sure what codecs support what so I put a note on the issue that it might not be possible.
