Anyways to generate 2D drawings with shadows like in Revit and Sketchup?

I was just wondering if there is a way to make that? it just makes drawing a bit nicer and sometimes it helps the construction to understand some drawings a bit better as well. i think this is one of the things that keeps me away from making Rhino my standard drafting tool as well… it would be nice to be able to do it in one software instead of switching it to others after modeling… any tips? Thanks!

you can copy pen mode then add shadows and adjust them with the sun settings or your own lighting.

may be able to play with the shadow intensity in v7-

or the brute force workaround would be shoot two images, one with shadows on, and one with shadows off and then combine them in PS with multiply on-
