I just downloaded enscape today, a few hours ago, the problem was there prior.
Here’s a link to the current drivers for your Quadro T1000:
The drivers were released 2 days ago.
When you run them, choose the Advanced option and check the box for a “Clean” installation.
Between that and disabling Enscape you should be okay.
Okay I will try this, thanks!
Hello, it is still not working. I also cannot seem to get into properties. I am clicking things but nothing is actually happening.
Did you disable Enscape?
Did the Quadro driver update?
What does SystemInfo show now?
I cannot disable enscape because nothing is opening aside from system info in rhino. I cannot get into options.
This is system info now:

okay I was able to get into options now. I disabled enscape, still black.
If I try to open an old project, it shows me one viewport window, it lets me change only that one to different views. But once I try to get 4 windows, it freezes and stops responding. With a new project the whole center is just black.
You aren’t plugged into a docking station are you, or running multiple monitors?
This is just a single laptop, plugged into power and using it’s native built-in screen?
And you closed and restarted Rhino after disabling Enscape?
im not using any external monitors no.
yes, native screen
In Rhino Options > View > OpenGL, try moving the OpenGL slider a click to the left.
Now can you make a new file, draw a box and a sphere, and go into a Shaded display in the Perspective viewport?
I have no OpenGL option in view
Okay I have done that, and restarted. The screen is still all black. Commands are going into the line but nothing actually shows in the viewport.
I have tried checking for service candidate updates, and there was one. I installed it, but still have had no luck. Just a black viewport area. Is there anything else I could try?
It’s hard for me to tell what’s working and what’s not… I understand you’re seeing black viewports (I think), but you’ve also indicated that options dialogs don’t even show up…and yet at the same time you’re saying that you’ve changed certain settings.
Screenshots can really help in these situations…
If commands are working, what do you get if you run NewFloatingViewport ? You should get an undocked viewport that floats above everything else… Is it also black?

Hello. No, that works! how do I put it to 4 viewports now?
Okay, so I started Rhino in Safe Mode, closed it. Then I tried restarting rhino v7 and it has all white viewports. The viewports show up with labels, but I cannot see the grid and cannot draw.
