Hi! How can I create and then apply a 3D Texture to a surface?
if it is for render purposes, a normal/bump map texture should work. if it is for production, those patterns are made by laser over the mold cavity surface so, again is due to a kind of texture applied by the manufacturing process.
if you want to model it, gather patience and play with flowAlongSrf.
Or for 3D printing or close-ups where bump mapping is not detailed enough, you could look into displacement mapping.
