Your google account not linked to your rhino account

I’m trying to invite a new team member but when they attempt to log in they get this message

“your Google account not linked to your rhino account. Sign in with your Google account instead”

they try to log in with their Google account and get the same message.

more info: it claims the account already exists, forces him to use google to log in but then says the google account is not linked. it’s a weird loop

Issue resolved, the new users email was associated with an existing account. I removed the association and was and to create a new account then link it to Google.
