Unable to logon to Rhino account


I am the admin for a Rhino Team with 20 members. I have added a new member to the team and they have received an email invite. They click on the URL link within the email to accept their invitation to the team, the Rhino website opens and they enter their email address. An error message then appears stating ‘We couldn’t find your Rhino account’.

I have removed their invite and re-added it, I have also installed Rhino 7 on their computer and tried to open it but it does not recognise their email address.

Can anyone provide assistance with this issue?
