Apparently, XNurbs won’t run if it detects that it is within a virtual machine. Your error message says that you are running inside a virtual machine. You posted a year ago on this same thread how to turn off virtual machines on Windows. Perhaps you need to review that post and turn off Hyper-V or whatever you’re running that is a VM or that makes XNurbs think it’s within a VM. Think: Windows Defender, Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), Hyper-V, Hypervisor, VMWare, VirtualBox, Docker, MinGW, etc.
Turn them all off.
