Does this imply that the latest xNurbs Plug-in is incompatible with RhinoV7?

The issue is that I am unable to use XNURBS owing to a limitation in V7, despite having purchased the license for XNURBS. The image appears to indicate that I would need to upgrade Rhino in order to use xNurbs. What would you do if someone has a meaningful conversation about RhinoDev, yet the Ver. 8 Dev and McNeel services do not meet my expectations?
The term “service” refers only to a person’s quality (to me) at least…

Problems with a third party plugin need to be directed TO THAT THIRD PARTY, and it’s up to them to figure out if the issue is with the plugin or Rhino.

I purchased Xnurbs in Dec 2024. It has been working really well for the last 4 months.
About 3 to 4 weeks ago it stopped working. I do remember a Rhino update came out around that time. I also recieved an update from xnurbs about 2 weeks ago. I downloaded the new Xnurbs update. Since that point, Xnurbs will not load into Rhino’s plugin folders. It immediately shows an error when Rhino 7 opens up. Says “Error Loading” in the details it says. “Unable to load XnurbsRhino7.rhp plug-in: Initialization failed” I just reverted back to Rhino 7 sr 37 to see if that fixed anything. That did not fix the problem. Been having a very long back and forth conversation with some tech support guy at xnurbs. I think I might be talking to someone at some kind of call center. Not much tech support or any tips or suggestions from them. So I will just keep trying to get it working again.

Are you sure to have downloaded the Rhino 7 version of the plugin?
They do have different downloads for Rhino 7 and Rhino 8.
Just a thought.
I am using XNurbs 7 without issues under Rhino 7.38
