Xnurbs quit working in Rhino 7. It appears to start when Rhino starts and says the license exists and the license can be used on other computers. It also says something about detecting a virtual environment which I am not running. Xnurbs does not show up in my list of plugins and when I reinstall, it says it installed successfully but will not launch. After checking for installed plugins, it still doesnt show up.
sounds more like a licensing issue, did you try reinstalling it? Otherwise contact @xnurbs /send them an email.
Another thing just throwing out there. Could it be antivirus blocking it?—-Mark
