I keep reading about tweaking to get better performance. My machine is a Ryzen 1700X with a GeForce GTX 1060 6gb Vcard. Here is the list of options according to the nVidia control panel. Would making changes is this improve Rhino in anyway?
The developer’s intent is that no special driver setting tweaks are needed.
If you want to mess with them, we can’t stop you, but you’ll be on your own, and at your own risk and peril.
Be prepared to change the settings back to defaults if you run into problems.
Good luck
Ok. I just wanted to know if there was anything that might be recommended by McNeel. e.g, I did not switch off “Threaded optimization.” It is highlighted like if it was changed, and with “optimization” in the name, it sounded like switched on might be a positive. I don’t know enough, and figured someone here might know more.
