Work grids in black

Hello, good afternoon, I downloaded the trial of the program for Windows, and I have a problem, the work grids appear black so I can’t do anything.
I searched for options on the internet about what it could be but I did not find a solution, I opened the program in safe mode but several things I cannot do. I appreciate your help to solve it

Can you post your system info (type systeminfo in the rhino command line) and a screen shot of what you are seeing? Thanks.

Well, unfortunately, your laptop is old and way out of specifications for Rhino 7 - the video card is too weak and the driver is more than 7 years old - from 2015 !

Not sure if you can find a more recent driver for the video card, but not sure if that would help anyway…

Perfect, thank you very much for the info!

Could you confirm if this computer is OK to use the program?
from what I see yes, but I don’t know much about software.
Apple MacBook Pro Retina MF843LL/A 13 pulgadas, Intel Core i7 de 3.1 GHz, memoria de 16 GB, SSD de 512 GB, macOS 10.14 Mojave

you can try updating you intel card here-

you can also try dropping your open gl slider one click-

this may get rhino running, but with this machine, it won’t run well.

Here are system requirements for the mac-
