Hi guys, (@dale , @pascal )
it would be great if Shade Selected Meshes could be 50% transparent instead of flat shaded:
Now it is difficult to see the objects if we select multiple:
So if the selection was a combination of material/object color and the yellow selection it would IMO be much better to work with as the current yellow is very bright and objects loose visual details especially when zoomed in:

Oh, And I still wish for outline selection…
But then the occluded parts should be with lighter/thinner lines if that would be possible…

Artec Studio 16 also shows the outline of scans when hovering the mouse in the objects tree. Pretty nice

Here you can see how occluded even simple objects become IF I have wireframe on in the display mode:
Pretty difficult to accurately align objects visually.
(The people are gray, so just an outline here would be fantastic!)

Apparently it is a function in OpenGL so maybe the wish isn’t so far fetched?

Eh, meshes and hatches are prone to that disease.
Yellow dense meshes are even worse if I had to choose one.
Selected Hatches goes all yellow which leads to problems with snapping to the right place.
There is an option to control shading of selected surfaces and meshes but not for hatches.

Exactly. Any 3D scan is a pain to align.
