WISH: add option in the _SplitFace (solid tools)

Command “SplitFace” (Among the solid tools):
beyond the option “curves”, you could add a subdivision surface optin “isocurves”, in the direction U, V, and both.
It gets faster as well …

Hello!!!
is it possible to add an option to the _SplitFace tool?
the issu of this tool is a polysurface, but every time i use this tool, i have to extract one of the surface created to delete it…
an option like: join= yes or no
