Who setting back license rhino5 from workplace to ZOO - when rhino doesn´t open

Hi.
Following problem: All rhino5 licenses (2x) worked well in zoo6 - but one user typed in the license-key locally at one workstation because one day rhino didn´t open, because our server with zoo wasn´t available in the network. The user didn´t tell me this. And now Rhino is blocked because it wants to be registered.
So now I can´t open the program to switch the license-settings within rhino interface.
Is there a possibility to make it run or switch to zoo again
1)without registering AGAIN (only to have possibility to change settings. >> all licenses are/were registered), or
2)without reinstalling the whole program with the right license settings?

thank you for your tips.

I think you can use the procedure on the following page to delete the license key, just don’t do the last step (#8), when you start Rhino after having deleted the license, you should be able to choose “use workgroup mode”…
