Which option to fillet smoothly?

Just working on this model of a wall mounted light, its an organic form as you can see, will be formed from one piece of material, I want to produce a really nice render of this so need to fillet the edges slightly, something like 1.5mm, (the thickness of the material will only be 6mm when finished), I am struggling with where the centre formed section starts to bend away from the main body, which would be the best commands/workflow to achieve a nice blended continuous fillet ? thanks in advance for taking a look :slight_smile

Hi Miles- the cheap way out for a rendering is ApplyEdgeSoftening.

I get the feeling these commands are not yet implemented in Rhino MAC…

Another possibility is to use FilletEdge, adding a handle in the middle of the edge, setting it to 1.5 and then setting the top and bottom handle to 0.

You’re right… not in Rhino for Mac, I forgot where I was in the forum - sorry! FilletEdge could be a bit of work here…

Well, you always get them right, so, I’ll celebrate that this one is on me ;-D!
