Where is Denoiser?

I’ve watched some tutorials on YouTube, but my Rhino 7 doesn’t have the “denoiser” option.

Hello - run PackgeManager and filter the view for ‘Denoiser’ - you should see them - just pick tjhe one for your video card - Intel should work for any but may not be as fast as the ‘right’ one.
