Currently, I use Rhino 8.8 but the latest RiR version requires Rhino 8.11.
So where can I download Older version that Rhino 8.8 can support?
Hi Trinh Huynh, It’s highly recommended to be on the latest.
The requirement for 8.11 was added in 1.24, i’ll send you a link to 1.23 privately.
hello, I have the same issue. I have revit 2024 and rhino 8.8 and I have downloaded 8.11 and it does not support it. What do I do
Hi Uendi,
You can get the latest Rhino.inside.Revit here (1.27)
https://www.rhino3d.com/download/rhino.inside-revit/1/latest/
Hello, I have the rhino 8.8 and revit 2024 and this format does not support it. I tried it and it does not work
You’ll want to use the latest Revit 2024 and the latest Rhino.Inside.Revit.
No the problem is that it says this Rhino Verison is older. I need 8.11, but I have 8.8
Hi @Uendi_Merepeza,
Here you have a Rhino 8.11 download link.
hello, do I need another license for that
it works, thanks a lot
Hi Japhy,
Would you be able to share some previous versions of Rhino.Inside.Revit that are compatible with Revit 2023? I’d really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance!
Dear Japhy.
We are using Rhino 7 and after updating Rhino Inside to the latest version we are no longer able to use it. Is it possible to download Rhino Inside 1.24 somewhere, which still has support for Rhino 7? Thanks.
Hi Nikolai,
What version of Revit? Rhino 7 isn’t supported in Revit 2025 & 2026 due to Revits .netcore runtimes.
Everything appears OK here in Rhino 7 and the latest RiR in Revit 2024.3.
Perhaps you are having a Revit Addin Conflict?
Hi Japhy, I am using Revit 2024.3
I wanted to use the plugin in Revit 2025, so I updated it, but then I found out that it doesn’t work with Rhino 7. So I plan to continue working in revit 2024.3 and Rhino 7
Hi @Japhy we have a slightly different issue in that my organisation has decided not to upgrade to revit 2024.3.xx due to potential conflicts with other models meaning that they need to simultaneously upgrade 1000s of users together which to date they have stayed away from.
being able to access an older version that supports 2024.2 would there be really useful as 2024 is still one of our most used versions.
Thanks
Understandable, I’ll send you a link.
