What does this mean?

I lost all the visual icons/commands from Rhino, T-Splines and Thea render. Now I got Rhino back with ‘default setings’ but not the others - even the plugins are still in the program (the object in Rhino is still in ‘T-Splines mode’).

Everytime I open Rhino I get the messages below.
What do they mean?

It means those files are corrupted, I have seen those errors before.
Close Rhino, then try removing the two files that the error message gives, then start rhino again.
