More than 3 years later, this bug is still super strong and will not surrender! 
While this is not exactly “worked in Rhino 7 but not in Rhino 8”, however, it’s still very annoying, because it will not let the user apply enhanced rotation with the “Drag strength” upon reaching a certain angle. The whole idea of the “Drag strength” tool is to allow such functionality. Here, it’s lacking.
