Wavy Facade Structure in Grasshopper

Hi!
I am trying to figure out codes for this grasshopper project. I might have taken the wrong turn and have been stuck on this since a while. As I am still learning grasshopper I am still not well versed with all the commands and its usage. I have not been able to get a solution from here either, or at least the one’s I could understand and other online resources are leading me to paid subscription content.

Randomize movement of points

I have a bunch of surfaces where I’m creating fins. Each fin is created by dividing the surface into points, and then moving those points randomly with the normal of the points. I am getting only one set of random movements. How do I make it so each fin on the surface is different? And also randomize each set of surfaces with their own random fins?
