Waney edge timber cladding - best way forward to model?

looking for advice on a new project with regards to the attached images. rather than a flat texture I want to model the boards, looking for best way forward?

Hello - if the things are essentially slabs, as it appears, I guess Iā€™d model them as low wide boxes or extruded rectangles and then WireCut one edge with a wiggly curve - depends how much detail you mean to get in the edge shape of course.
