Good morning, a colleague I collaborate with exported a 3D model from Archicad in IFC format. When I import it into Rhino8 with VisualARQ3 beta installed, the only parameters I can modify are those of the doors. The windows, curtain walls, walls, etc., do not have parameters; they are just simple blocks. Is this an export error?
Hi @Alessandro_Barbisan, the fact whether the architectural objects exported to IFC from a specific software are recognized by VisualARQ as native VisualARQ objects or not depends on the object type and how these objects have been created and exported from the source software.
But this might be an issue in the VisualARQ 3 Beta. Have you tried to open that IFC in VisualARQ 2? Do you get the same results?
