I’m experiencing an issue when trying to export a VisualARQ model to IFC. Some native VisualARQ elements are disappearing randomly. For example, one window doesn’t appear in the IFC model, while all the other windows of the same style do.
Where could the problem be coming from?

What program do you use to open the IFC file? Have you tried others? I’ve tried to open your file exported to IFC with BIMCollab, and all windows seem to be there…
Can you share the IFC you generated as well?
When i open the ifc model in rhino, the windows appears but in autodesk viewer for example, it does’nt…
In this case, it might be a problem from the Autodesk Viewer side, which we can’t help, unfortunately.
