Visualarq keeps freezing after selecting wall/slab sub layers

Hi, After selecting Wall/slab sub layers, rhino keeps freezing. Particularly Im trying to change section properties to custom. Same thing happening on Rhino7 and 8. I think it stared after windows update ,but Im not 100% sure. All my drivers are up to date. Eeny ideas what is the problem?

Hi @Beneq which VisualARQ version do you have? make sure you have the most recent version, (3.3), which is available here: Update - VisualARQ

If the problem persists, could you share a 3dm file so we can understand what’s happening and fix any possible errors?

Hi, my visualarq is updated to latest state. Here is my file. The problem occurs just like on the screen shot. Specific wallstyle PW-I

Hi @Beneq thanks for the file. I’ve realized that the freeze occurs after any change on that slab (it happens also if you run the vaUpdate command on it). I’ll get back to you when we fix this issue.

Hi @Beneq I’m glad to say this error has been fixed in VisualARQ 3.3.1 which is already available to download: Update - VisualARQ
