VisualARQ Floor Plan Representation Breaks in New and Duplicated Layouts

I’m experiencing serious inconsistencies with VisualARQ floor plan representations in Rhino Layouts, using VisualARQ 3.13.0.14640.

An existing Layout (Page 2) displays Level 00 correctly and remains stable, even after Pan/Zoom.

However, when I duplicate this entire Layout, the resulting copy displays an incorrect floor plan, including geometry and stair representations from different levels.

I’ve also observed the following issues in newly created Layouts:

  • Selecting Level 00 in an active Detail can still display the floor plan of Level 01.

  • Elements from different levels can appear mixed in the same Detail.

  • In Hidden display mode, the representation can change or lose cut geometry after a simple Pan/Zoom in Paper Space.

  • Entering or exiting a Detail can change the displayed floor plan without any modifications to the model.

The original Layout remains correct, while its duplicate produces a different result.

This looks like a possible regression, although I haven’t verified it against an earlier VisualARQ version.

I’ve attached screenshots showing the original Layout and its duplicate.

Update: Resolved.

I found the cause of the inconsistent floor plan representation: the Cut Plane was disabled in the Layout Detail after I created the clone.

After enabling it, the floor plan displays correctly.

The issue was therefore related to the Detail configuration rather than a VisualARQ rendering bug.

One question remains, though: why isn’t the Cut Plane state preserved when duplicating a Layout whose Detail already has it enabled?
