Visualarq - cant snap to imported ifc objects in plan view

Hi!
I am using this version of VisualArq

I need to snap to objects that i have imported from an ifc file, but on plan view it only snaps to the insertion point mark (the actual mark, not even the insertion point)

I also need to measure elements in plan view and I am not able to.
In perspective view it works:

Is there a plan view setting that I shouldl change?

Hi @Luiza_Longo,

Please, try activating all the object snaps, depending on how the object was created you may need other snaps as “vertex”. If this is not working either, please, send me the IFC file here or to visualarq@asuni.com so that I can test it.
