[Viewer API] Dimension labels rendering as black blocks

Hello,

I am implementing this model for the account holder mentioned above and we are encountering a rendering discrepancy between the ShapeDiver Platform and the Viewer API (embedded).

The Issue: The model contains dimension labels (surfaces with a yellow texture and text).

On the ShapeDiver Platform: The labels render correctly

Crucially, the issue is specific to the labels in this particular model**.** We have other models with similar dimension labels that render correctly in the same Viewer API environment.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Which version of the viewer API are you using? Could you provide a link to the configurator so that our team can investigate the issue?

I am using the Viewer API Version 3.7.2.

Regarding the “configurator link”, are you referring to the website where I embedded the model? If so, here is the link:

on our platform we currently use viewer version 3.13.6. Can you please update to this version and let us know if the issues still persist?

Thank you for the suggestion. I have updated the Viewer API to version 3.13.6 as you recommended, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

I also tried using the latest available version 3.15.1 to see if it would fix the problem, but the labels still render as solid black blocks in both cases.

Do you have any other insights on what might be causing this?

I just tried your model locally with the latest viewer version via the API and everything looked as expected. Are there any console errors or other issues that you can see?
