Version 6 Dimension properties edit function

I have installed ver 6 trial twice to fix a toolbar not showing, I have also run the toolbar reset as instructed, I have contacted support three times but not getting anywhere fast , after 5 days of trying I cannot find anywhere in the product where I can edit the Dimension properties, like height of text, position between dimension lines etc in ver 4 there was a properties you could edit, I cant find it in ver 6,also any dimension I create on some imported drawings does not contain any text at all, and on others they do, and the dimension lines have no arrows etc and as I zoom in and out the lines detach from the part, the tool bar after the second install showed all the dimension sub options across the bar but as soon as I opened an existing drawing that was imported, the sub options disappear and I am now left with just the linear dimension icon with the expand triangle in the corner, I am a novice user trying hard to come to grips with this version and any help would be much appreciated.

Hello -

Please run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.

Thanks - I’d start by updating the video drivers on this machine -

Open the Notifications panel (Panel menu) and look for a notification about drivers - double-click on that and follow along to get to a newer driver - download and install that and see how things work.
