Vector Layout printing shaded view

Printing layouts is giving me wireframe in the perspective view. When I print as a PDF the perspective view is shaded which is what I want. My layout on the display is set up as the perspective being shaded. It just not giving me what I want when I print on paper. Raster prints as it should. It only occurs when printing as Vector.

Is there a setting for this or is this a bug with vector printing?

Attached is the Print to PDF and a scan of my printed file.
Rhino Print2PDF.pdf (206.6 KB)
RhinoPaperPrint.pdf (320.6 KB)

Rhino System Info.txt (5.3 KB)
TrimProfile.3dm (2.4 MB)

Hi Jason -

Could you provide the make and driver details of the printer that you are using?
Thanks,
-wim

Epson ET-7750 Driver Version 3.0
HP LaserJet MFP M528 Driver Version 10.4
Print Drivers are build into Mac OS Sequoia 15.0.1

This happens on both printers when printing Vector selected.
Hopes this helps.

So, maybe I am not understanding how vector printing is suppose work. Does vector printing provide shaded printed output or is it only outlines that print?

So I am doing searching around and found this.

@wim Is this still the case and the work around to provide a Layout drawing with vector printed views and a shaded perspective view? This article was from 8 years ago… so hopefully there has been a more straightforward solution now.

When I go to print this is the preview I am getting when I have vector selected.
I would expect it to print that way the preview shows, the resulting print is all views are curves.
