Value picker components

The value picker component is convenient, but it can’t be used without starting Revit, which is inconvenient. Are there similar components in GH?

Had the same thought, and was wondering if we can get a similar component for grasshopper without initiating through Revit?

I noticed in the RiR it’s mentioning it might end up there… is it expected anytime soon?

This is definitely the most useful component to get ported to vanilla GH.
