Yep, busy hackin’ away at it all.
I didn’t make the function sticky yet, I probably should, but looks like you have a nice solution. It’s slower than I’d like too. I’m still working on that. But at the least the menu appears instantly and the contents load async which to me feels more responsive.
A few more updates went into our internal builds yesterday that help with this and a few other small bugs that and are continuing to be tested. One thing I’ve spent a good while on is just making sure that menu appears in a nice place and doesn’t overlap the tab row, or leave the screen in any way.
Really happy to hear this works the way you are expecting. I spent a while comparing Rhino 7/8 win/mac side by side to make sure it had a similar intuitiveness, and also even hoping to add some improvements over Rhino 7 too.
