Hi,
After the rhino updates, my Rhino 7 educational for Windows dese not start up. I saw rhino 7 is active in task manager but only takes 30MB memory and is stuck there. I have to use “open as an admin” to start Rhino safe mode. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks for help

There’s something wrong with the installation of your GPU drivers. I would first download the latest and install those, and, if that doesn’t change the information that you can see in the SystemInfo, I would try a clean install of the drivers.

I downloaded the driver from the AMD website. And I have also tried the clean install (uninstall and reupdate on device manager), but it doesn’t solve the problem. I have my rhino 6 installed on my PC and haven’t installed the Rhino 6 update. Rhino 6 is working fine on my PC…

After contacting the tech support group, the problem is related to a Citrix workspace conflict. Rhino 7 is back to work after uninstalling and updating Citrix. Thank you all for the help!!
