Rhino 7 does not start anymore, also not in safe mode

Hi all, after not using Rhino7 for a while it wont start any more, also not in safe mode. Graphic card is up to date (K2100M), Windows, .NET and rhino is up to date. Licence is not blocked.
There is no error message and the taskmanager shows a rhino7 using approx 40 MB Ram.

Rhino5 and Rhino6 are working fine.

Thank you in advance for any ideas,
Norbert.

Can you update your driver and remove the Citrix app?

The Citrix display adapter is the problem.
Uninstall it. It is not compatible with Rhino.

Well, the graphics driver is updated via manual download from nvidia today (which was another kind of story).
And I do need Citrix for remote work (home office).

Do you know if there is a way to switch the citrix driver on/off.

Switching the CITRIX indirect display adpter off in the windows device manager doesnt work.

Thank you very much so far. I need to leave today but will look into some differnt options during the next days.

Switching it off will not work.
It must be uninstalled.

Okay. No workaround. Check.
Now I am asking the other way: I was going to try to introduce Rhino as second CAD-System beside SolidWorks at my new employer. But the Rhino7-Citrix incompatibility will make this impossible, no matter on which side the problem is based on. Is it already foreseeable that this will work again, like it did before?

Here’s what I gleaned from @brian:

Rhino will fail to launch on some systems with Citrix Workspace 22.6 installed. It works fine with 22.2 and seems okay again with 22.7, so I hope this is just never an issue again.

Cool. Sounds to me like it is becoming a low brainer.

Downgraded CITRIX and - magic - Rhino7 works again. Wonderful, beside of the hours of work to get to the point.
